1: Check the location of the machine


Make sure the machine is in a dry environment to avoid running problems due to humidity.

2: Check the water source and clean the machine


Make sure the connected water source is clean, check whether the ice maker condenser is clean, and avoid ice cubes being contaminated and affecting the quality

3: Start the ice maker


Select the ice making mode and set the ice cube parameters you need, such as: ice cube temperature, ice making quantity, ice making speed, etc.

4: Regular cleaning and maintenance


Regularly clean the sink and condenser, and regularly use softener to descale, avoid scale causing abnormal operation of the machine, and regularly check the machine parts to extend the service life.

5: Pay attention when not in use for a long time


If the commercial ice maker is not used for a long time, the power should be turned off and the water tank should be emptied to avoid long-term water accumulation in the water tank to breed bacteria, and the machine should be put away after it is completely dry
